StarBarn
StarBarn can be considered our version of a french roast coffee. It is a unique dark roast subtle and smokey coffee. Our StarBarn Blend is a wonderful blend put together to withstand high temperature roasting. It is not uncommon for those that enjoy the StarBarn, to enjoy it as an espresso base as well. It's namesake is taken from a distinctive gothic revival barn style found in this area. You will notice this barn because of it's characteristic louvered star motif as you pass by.
Vintage
Our Vintage Blend is a blend that we take from the vestages of our days as a wholesaler. Vintage blend is mild and light roasted. It is a pleasing combination of Central and South American Arabicas. Long considered our "work horse blend" for it's verstatility and popularity, it continues to serve us well on a daily basis.
Heritage
Heritage Blend is a blend of mild arabicas aimed at a premium market it is a medium roast and perhaps our most well rounded coffee. Did someone say doughnut shop?
Breakfast
Breakfast Blend was developed after working with a large restaurant holding co. with the idea to create a coffee with a sweet tasting edge emphasized by it's light roast character. Our Breakfast Blend contains a high guatemalan content and is often praised for it's full-balanced and sometimes spicy flavor.
Colombian
Our 100% Colombian is one of our most popular coffees and continues to win people over with it's medium roast and rich mountain grown flavor.
Single-origin
At this time, these include Sumatra, Kenya, Guatemala, Costa Rica. You may want to ask us if there is anything else on hand as this is the case every so often. We feel these that we've selected represent top knotch small batch micro-roasts. Kenya is similar to our Sumatra in it's weighty flavor profile, our Kenya customers enjoy it's bold earthy qualities. The Sumatra is full bodied and more winey in comparison. The Guatemalan is smooth and sweet and is enjoyed for it's acidity. Our Costa is mild but crisp. *We only offer the Guatemala and Costa Rica as decafs at this time.
