Our Ethiopian selection usually shifts back-and-forth between a Sidamo and Yirgacheffe, depending on season and availability. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a bright, medium- to light-bodied coffee with winy, berry undertones, distinct floral tones in the aroma, an intense and complex flavor that is clean and flowery, and a vibrant finish. Due to its delicate but distinctive flavor notes, we find this coffee to be exceptional as a very light roast.

One of the best coffees!

We stopped in the shop when visiting Lancaster 2 years ago. I adore single origin coffees and am partial to African ones in particular. I will be honest and say that for the price, I wasn't expecting much but this coffee... it is one of my favorites! I now order it consistently and drink it 4-5 days a week and I enjoy every single cup! This is my go to coffee that makes me feel fancy for a great price!
