Shipping policy

TURNAROUND

Our roasting facility operates daily Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for us to roast and hand-pack your order. Any orders received during non-business hours, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed when our Roastery re-opens. Holidays may affect turnaround times. Any orders over $50 that receive Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.
