Cold Brew Pumpkin Batch Coffee

You need to keep some cold brew Pumpkin Batch coffee on hand. Once brewed and strained, you can keep it in the fridge for up to three days.

1/2 cup coarsely ground Pumpkin Batch coffee

4 cups filtered water

Add ground coffee and water to a glass storage jar

Let steep, refrigerated, for about 12 hours

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve (or coffee filter) into a large container (french Presses are perfect for this)

Store in the refrigerator until ready to use

Pour the cold brew concentrate over ice. Add a bit of brown sugar and cream to taste
