Recipe: Dubai Chocolate Cold Foam Coffee Chiller

Looking for the perfect way to cool down while satisfying your sweet tooth? Our Dubai Chocolate Cold Foam Iced Coffee is a decadent, café-style treat you can make right at home. Inspired by Lancaster County Coffee Roasters’ smooth and bold Dubai Chocolate blend, this recipe brings together rich cocoa flavor, chilled refreshment, and a cloud of frothy cold foam—all in just a few simple steps.

 What You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz cold brewed Lancaster County Coffee Roasters’ Dubai Chocolate coffee

  • Ice

  • ½ cup milk (whole, oat, almond—your choice!)

  • 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup (adjust to taste)

 Directions:

  1. Fill your glass with ice.
Choose a tall glass and pack it with ice. This will keep your coffee nice and cold, even on the hottest Lancaster summer day.

  2. Pour the cold brew.
Slowly pour your cold brewed Dubai Chocolate coffee over the ice, leaving some room at the top for your cold foam.

  3. Make the chocolate cold foam.
In a separate container (a mason jar with a lid works great), add ½ cup milk and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Seal it tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is light and frothy.
(No shaker? Use a handheld frother or blender for an extra silky foam.)

  4. Top your coffee.
Gently pour the chocolatey cold foam over your coffee. It’ll float like a delicious cloud and slowly blend into the brew as you sip.

  5. Enjoy!
Your Dubai Chocolate Cold Foam Iced Coffee is ready to enjoy—no barista required. Stir it all together or sip it layered for a true treat.

 Tip from the Roastery:

Want a sweeter twist? Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top of the foam for a little extra indulgence. Feeling adventurous? Sprinkle with cocoa powder or sea salt for a gourmet touch.
