Want S'More? Yes, Please!

One of the highlights of any summer is the S’Mores! If you’re a chocolate lover, you’ll love making S’Mores iced coffee. Start by brewing LCCR’s WHOOPIE PIE flavored coffee. Using an 8 oz glass, cover the bottom with chocolate syrup. Next, add ½ cup of cream or milk. Sweeten Whoopie Pie coffee to taste and add 1 cup to your glass or mug. Add crushed ice and top with marshmallow fluff (whipped cream is pretty good too!) Serve with a side of graham crackers or crumble them on top.

Make Coconut Frozen Cappuccino

Ready to make the LLCR Coconut Frozen Cappuccino your go-to summer drink? Start with 1 cup of cold COCONUT COFFEE and toss it in a blender with 2 cups of ice, 1 cup of very cold milk (almond, cow, oat – you pick), 3 Tbsp sugar or sweetener, and a handful of flaked coconut. Blend until smooth. Top with a bit of whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted coconut. Brrrrr!

Honey Lavender Latte

This spring drink is light and lovely. This latte is a snap to make if you have access to lavender syrup, but just in case, we’ve also provided an alternate lavender ingredient at the end of the recipe.   Start with 1 cup of strongly brewed RED ROSE ESPRESSO. Add 1 Tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of good vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of lavender syrup.
