Mexican Coffee
This Mexican Coffee is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, or on any warm day when you want a cool hit of spicy, creamy, yumminess.

Ingredients

1 cup strong Red Rose coffee from Lancaster County Coffee, chilled 1/2 cup milk, evaporated milk, almond milk, or other nut milk 4 Tbsp honey (can substitute agave sweetener) 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Mexican vanilla extract Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

Directions

Fill a tall glass with ice and chilled coffee. Combine honey and spices with very cold milk and mix well. Pour over iced coffee and enjoy!
