Mocha Shamrock Shake Recipe

Want a sweet way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day without running to your local drive-through? Wish your shake tasted like IRISH CREAM instead of mint? Try our flavorful take on this American favorite.

Although you may want to make more than one Mocha Shamrock Shake, we recommend preparing one Shamrock Mocha Shake at a time for the best results.

Start by brewing 1/2 cup of Lancaster County Irish Cream coffee, creating a strong brew. Cool the coffee to room temperature, or chill it until cool.

Put the coffee into a blender with 1 ½ cups of vanilla ice cream. Add ½ cup milk or cream, and a few drops of green food coloring. Blend until smooth, but not runny.

Pour into a tall mug or glass, and top with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkles.

NOTE: Substitute the strong brewed coffee with cold brewed Chocolate Mint coffee to intensify the coffee flavor.
